Project Management Office?
#1
Do you know of a library or library system with a Project Management Office or with a project (program or portfolio) manager on staff?

We have a Project Management Office (of two people) that is just over one year old so we'd love to talk about what's happening in that arena.

Thanks!

Metropolitan Library System in Oklahoma has a Planning and Assessment Office and offers project management services to other departments. Recommend contacting Morgan Jones, Manager of Planning and Assessment, at morgan.jones@metrolibrary.org.

Hi Jane! Sarah Sawicki is the Planning & Projects Director for Richland Library. She has been immensely helpful to me as I've taken on data and other projects.

Are any of your libraries or organizations  thinking of starting a PMO?

Just wondering
