A Way to Share Open-ended Survey Feedback
#1
Hi, everyone.

We just hung six framed posters in the hallway outside my office sporting compliments from patrons who completed our annual patron survey in 2017. They brighten the hallway and are sure to bring a smile to the face of everyone who reads them. It keeps the positive spirit alive among staff and is sure to make a statement to job finalists here for interviews. I thought I'd share it with you as just another (and fun) way to get some mileage from your survey results.

That's a great idea, Jane. We are hoping to get some community surveys out this year (new for us), and posting positive feedback somewhere prominent is a smart move politically, and a morale booster for staff. Thank you.
