Hello.
My name is David Hayden and I have the distinct pleasure of serving as the Data Analyst for the Pueblo City County Library District.
I spent the bulk of my career in Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering Management so data collection and presentation has been a skill I have been developing for years. Now, having opportunity to use my background in a library setting has been wonderful and presented me with new challenges.
Here is my recommended reading list:
- How to Lie with Statistics by Darrell Huff, Irving Geis
- The Leading Indicators: A Short Story of the Numbers that Rule Our World by Zachary Karabell
- Out of the Crisis -by W. Edwards Deming
- The Deming Management Method by Mary Walton (Author), W. Edwards Deming (Foreword)
- Statistical Method from the Viewpoint of Quality Control - by Walter A. Shewhart and W. Edwards Deming
