Post Construction Interviews by Library Tech Committee - lizthelibrarian - 05-03-2018

In anticipation of our library construction project, a group of Library Trustees formed a subcommittee, the Library Technology Committee.  Part of their work including going around to area libraries to learn from others who had just been through building construction projects. The committee interviewed librarians who presided over ten recent renovations to see what they did right around their build-out and what they might not do again if they had the chance.

The purpose of these interviews was to give the Trustees and the Library Building Committee further guidance in the process of turning architectural plans into reality.

This document summarizes the information gained from the interviews.
