Michaela Anang serves as a Research & Evaluation Assistant dedicated to using their time and talent to increase accessibility and equity. Michaela has served in roles in education, the nonprofit sector and activism realm. She has trained in accessibility and disability justice, mental health advocacy, LGBTQ+ and racial equity, grounding leadership, and poetic expression. From this, they bring an understanding of cultural engagement from diverse perspectives and access points. Through patient and persistent practice, Michaela leverages their experience and training to promote cultivation of sustainable futures and facilitate clarity on individual and organizational journeys toward equity in community.
